Read Deuteronomy 34:1-12.

[Stuff we're skipping:

* Moses commands the Levites to read the law every seven years in front of all the Israelites.

* Joshua becomes commissioned to lead Israel.

* Moses sings!

* God tells Moses what to do about his death.

* Moses blesses Israel one last time.]

Wow…we’ve been with Moses for a long time. 27 days of Moses in a Bible plan is a long time. Here’s to Moses!

1. God lets Moses climb a mountain to see the promised land in all of its glory. Do you take this as God being full of grace?
2. To see but not be able to touch. That’s where Moses is. What do you think about that?
3. God buried Moses. Hmm…what do you think that means?
4. It says that Moses was strong until the end. When God took him, He took him strong. Go Moses.
5. 30 days of mourning for Moses. Wow. Imagine what he was to his people.
6. Joshua led with wisdom because Moses laid hands on him. Joshua is cool. We’ll be with him for awhile.
7. There is none and has there ever been a leader like Moses, one who saw God face to face and did all the wonders. (Then again, this was written during that time.)
8. One last question, if Moses wrote these books, who wrote the part about Moses dying?
